How to Enroll & Schedule Your First Visit
Step 1: Review Our Website
Visit our website and explore our services, pricing, and how our mobile and virtual care model works.
Step 2: Enroll Using Hint
Click “Become a Pink Pearl Member Today” to complete your secure enrollment through our Hint Health platform. You’ll fill out your information, select your choice of Monthly, Yearly, or Semi-Annual Membership plan, and set up your payment method.
Step 3: Schedule Your First Appointment
Once enrolled, we will contact you to schedule your initial visit, or you can request one anytime via our Contact page or by calling/texting our office 561-295-1851.
Step 4: Complete Intake Forms
Prior to your first visit please check your email for the Initial Intake Forms. Please complete and answer all questions to better assist you during the initial visit. Please check your spam folder if you do not see email(s), then add us to approved sender list in your email settings.
Step 5: In-home or Telehealth Visit
We recommend that your first visit be done in-home, but you do have the option of telehealth. During this time, we will complete your intake, review your health history, and create a personalized plan of care.
Step 6: Schedule Follow-up Visit(s)
Your follow-up visits may be done virtually or in-home based on your individual needs. Follow-up visits are scheduled as recommended by your provider to review labs, assess and reassess treatment plans. For pop-up visits simply request a visit as needed.

Pink Pearl Primary Care was founded by Emely Arrieta-Smith (MSN, APRN, FNP-C) in dedication to her two daughters and the incredible women before her. Pink Pearl Primary is a female-focused primary care practice serving girls and women through age 64, with care extended to family members via in-home visits locally and telehealth across the state of Florida.
